General Information

Swedish Indie Games Studio with a focus on sustainability.

Early History

The studio was founded in October 2017 by two former MachineGames developers with the goal of creating games without sacrificing developer happiness and health. Under the name Bad Yolk Games, the studio developed its first game: Main Assembly.

Recent

In early 2021, the studio was acquired by Kinda Brave Publishing to support the studio with its goal and provide core publishing functions. In March 2022, the studio changed its name to Ember Trail.
